RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

RECEIVING YOUR RMA

If you wish to return an item, a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number should be requested online within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at Customer Service Department info@veryimportantpuppies.dog Please note that all shipping on Returns is not covered by V.I.P. Very important puppies. 

EXCHANGES

Please note- We do not accept returns- only exchanges for sizing of the same product, based on stock availability. For Size Exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping back the product to us, as well as covering the cost of shipping the new size out as it is a USPS expense. We do not ship the new size out until we have received the product in hand, as well as payment for the cost of shipping the new size out. Once we receive the product, we inspect it to make sure it is in new, unworn- condition. We do not offer exchanges for used apparel. 

Not responsible for damages or losses in transit, but please contact us in the event of loss or damage by the postal service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

International customers are responsible for any and all fees and tariffs associated with Customs. These fees and tariffs are not included in either the purchase and/or shipping costs. 

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned unused and with all V.I.P. Very important puppies garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or were a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 week of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

COLORS

We have made the effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer resolution will display the colors completely accurate.
