RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We, Very Important Puppies VIP, LLC, accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise (with all garment tags still attached) purchased online from our website. Nutritional supplements may be returned only if unopened and the tamper seal has not been removed. All monogrammed, personalized, vintage, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer and returns or exchanges for used products.
Returns are eligible for a store credit or exchange of product only. No refunds will be issued for any purchase made on our website.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses in transit of a returned item, but please contact us in the event of loss or damage by the postal service.
If you wish to return an item, you must make a request within seven (7) days of delivery of your order by emailing our Customer Service Department at email@example.com.
Your request must include, at a minimum:
(1) your name and contact information,
(2) the order number,
(3) an explanation of the issue and reason for the return,
(4) clear pictures of any damage or defect, if applicable, and
(5) whether you are requesting store credit or an exchange of product.
Upon receipt of your request, we will conduct an internal review and if approved, in our sole discretion, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number by email. You must then deliver the item back to us (including the RMA number for identification) at the address we specify to you within seven (7) days of the date of the RMA.
Once we receive the returned product, any store credit or exchange of product is subject to our further inspection of the returned product to ensure it is in new, unworn, and/or unopened condition and otherwise in compliance with this policy. Returned items that we receive that do not comply with this policy may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
All shipping costs on returns are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. Such costs include shipping back the returned product to us, as well as for shipping out any new exchanged size to you, if applicable.
We allow exchanges for sizing of the same product, based on stock availability. We do not ship the new size out until we have received your returned product in hand, as well as payment for the cost of shipping the new size out.
If requested and approved, we will issue you a “Store Credit” in the amount of the returned item. Store Credit can only be used online at our website and may not be redeemed for cash. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen Store Credit codes, cards, or other similar forms. If no expiration date is otherwise provided, Store Credit will expire twelve (12) months from the date it is originally delivered to you. Upon expiration, Store Credits will no longer be available and will not be refunded.
By electing to receive Store Credit, you are certifying and representing to us that the activities in connection with which the Store Credit will be used will comply with our Terms of Service and all applicable laws, rules and regulations that govern the website. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify us and our subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of Store Credit or violation of our Terms of Service.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
International customers are responsible for any and all fees and tariffs associated with customs and the importation/exportation of goods. These fees and tariffs are not included in either the purchase price or shipping costs.
Products from our website are “faulty” if they are received damaged or include a manufacturing defect or fault that occurs within seven (7) days of delivery of the item. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only exchange it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
We have made reasonable efforts to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer resolution will display the colors completely accurate and will not be responsible for any claim related to the color of a product you receive.
